Refund policy

1. Return Timeframe & Eligibility

You have 10 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging, including all cords, manuals, and accessories.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your Shopify order number).

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We take quality seriously! If your gadget arrives damaged during transit, is defective out of the box, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello.swiftshop.store@gmail.com.

  • What to include: Please send us your order number along with a clear photo or short video showing the issue.

  • Our Solution: Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped out to you immediately at zero extra cost, or issue a full refund. You do not need to worry about return shipping fees for items that arrive defective.

3. Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns (e.g., if you changed your mind, ordered the wrong color, or simply decided you don't want the item anymore):

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs to our designated fulfillment return center.

  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for safety or logistical reasons:

  • Gift cards.

  • Final sale or promotional clearance items.

  • Products that have been heavily used, physically damaged by the user, or are missing original parts.

5. Refund Process & Timing

Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment center, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied back to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 days.

Note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take a few additional days for the refund to officially post to your account statements.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
