As soon as your package leaves the warehouse, we will automatically email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

We believe you shouldn't have to pay extra to get the latest tech. That is why we offer premium, insured tracking on all orders at absolutely no cost to you.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Because we source our trending products directly from top global manufacturers to clear out the middleman and save you money, our standard delivery window to most countries worldwide is:

  • Global Delivery Time: 10 to 15 business days

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and start from the date your package is dispatched, not the exact date of your order.

4. Tracking Information

We want you to feel secure about your purchase. Once your item ships, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number and a link to trace your delivery live.

Tracking links may take 2-3 business days to sync and update with the international postal carriers once it leaves the warehouse.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international deliveries, packages may occasionally be subject to brief customs inspections, import duties, or local clearance taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These external charges are the responsibility of the customer. SwiftShop.store has no control over these fees and cannot predict their cost.

6. Delivery Issues & Delays

We do everything we can to ensure your gadgets arrive swiftly. However, occasional delays can happen due to reasons beyond our control (such as customs bottlenecks, severe weather, or peak holiday seasons).

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We cannot be held responsible for lost packages if the shipping information provided was incorrect or incomplete.

  • Missing Packages: If your tracking link shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with your local post office or neighbors before reaching out to us.
